This is a basic list of the dealer rules.

An Dealer Space Grants You
Regular dealer space (10x10):
- 2 Vendor badges (Can purchase 1 additional badge at $20)
- 1 Six foot table (Skirting is NOT provided)
- 2 Chairs (1 additional chair with the additional badge)
Double dealer space (10x20):
3 Vendor badges (Can purchase 1 additional badge at $20)
2 Six foot tables (Skirting is NOT provided)
3 Chairs (1 additional chair with the additional badge)

Allowable Merchandise
Dealers are allowed to sell merchandise related to anime, video games, etc. as long as it does not break any rules listed in restriction section below, go against Hazard Con rules, or break any laws.
Restrictions
Dealers are NOT allowed to sell:
- Food or Beverages, Exceptions might be made for specialty Japanese treats (this is a venue policy and will need to be discussed on a case by case basis).
- Fan Art, artwork created by fans of a work of fiction and derived from a character or other aspect of that work (i.e not officially licensed artwork.)
- Bootlegs, unauthorized re-releasing of merchandise of any kind will not be tolerated. If you are caught selling bootlegs at the event you will be reprimanded on the spot.
- Weapons, except for cosplay prop items which must be immediately peace-bound by the purchaser. Must notify vendor staff of intent to sell such Items.
- "Problem Merchandise", noisy, dangerous, and harmful substances, supplies and/or equipment. If you are unsure if an item falls under this please ask the Exhibitor Hall team.
