Why donate to Hazard Con?​

Hazard Con is 100% volunteer operated and no one is paid. Everything at Hazard Con is paid for through attendees purchasing badges and through donations (mostly by the board members and other volunteers). Every penny Hazard Con earns goes right back into Hazard Con. Due to this, having more attendees and donations correlates to having more guests, arcade machines, special events, and an overall higher quality in every way.

​Hazard Con is operated by a 501(c)(3) named Society of Utils. All donations are tax deductible. A receipt for donation can be provided if needed.

Sponsorships

We have various donation ("sponsorship") levels available depending on your needs. Sponsorships are valid for one year.

All sponsorship tiers include:
  • custom shout out across our social media accounts
  • name and logo (with link to your website) on our website
  • a promotional table in our sponsorship alley
  • one full weekend admission
  • name listed on special thank you signage at the convention venue
