Interested in volunteering? We are looking for volunteers to help staff our event!
Why Volunteer?
Are you 16 years of age or older? Do you like talking to other attendees? Do you want to experience all of the excitement of Hazard Con, while filling an important role as a volunteer staff member? Do you want a discounted or free badge? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, fill out the application below!
Requirements:
All volunteers must be 16 years old by July 13, 2018. To receive a free badge, you must: volunteer for a minimum of 12 hours, check in for your assigned shifts, complete assigned duties, and follow all rules set forth by Hazard Con.
Duty Explanations:
Events:
Potential duties include: checking in Panelists, clearing Event/Panel rooms, recording Panel attendance, setting up certain equipment for Panels and Events, line control, and lifting heavy objects.
Registration:
Potential duties include: checking in attendees both preregistered and registering at the convention, handling transactions, and line control.

Applying for a volunteer position does not guarantee acceptance.
